Itaú Personnalité launches The One: new card offers unique experiences and innovative benefits for the high-income public
Developed in co-operation with its customers, the card includes unlimited free tickets to VIP lounges around the world and discounts on airline tickets, in addition to a new dedicated personal assistant available 24 hours a day in Brazil and abroad. The product reinforces Itaú’s strategy of having the most complete range of cards
September 9, 2022 – Itaú Personnalité presents a new premium product for the high-income public: The One card. It arrives with exclusive and customized benefits, in an innovative and competitive way to meet this market. The launch, in partnership with Mastercard, is part of Itaú Personnalité’s movement to further strengthen its relationship with the public, and was developed in a co-operation with the bank’s clients, who shared their demands and experiences for the conception of the card. Around 400 selected people – including those who participated in the development – received The One in advance to test it first-hand; by the end of September, it will be available for request by Personnalité clients, exclusively with Mastercard. The One has the difference of adding benefits that make every moment of the client’s life special. Among them is unlimited access to VIP lounges of the LoungeKey program, discounts on exclusive hotel reservations and on airline tickets when paying with points through the Itaú Personnalité app. The card also offers The Assistant, a new exclusive personal service to offer a unique experience, including detailed and personalized travel itineraries, access to starred restaurants, and purchase of tickets to major events around the world. There is also a differentiated points accumulation: 3 points per dollar on domestic purchases and 3.5 points on international purchases, with no expiry. The One also gives access to discounts on the purchase of luxury products; on the gastronomy side, the facilities include menu upgrades, amenities or exclusive experiences at renowned restaurants. And for travel, it offers discounts of up to $1,000 on private jets and certified executive helicopters, as well as a special service that includes complimentary transfers and champagne. All of this can be accessed through The Assistant, a personal assistant that acts proactively and is available 24 hours a day, including weekends. The One arrives with the mission to complete our card range and provide unique experiences not available in other products in the market,” says Rubens Fogli, director of Cards at Itaú Unibanco.
