São Paulo, February 08, 2023 – Itaú Personnalité announces the arrival of “Minhas Vantagens”, a pioneering relationship program in the market, free of charge, which values all business and transactions carried out with the bank, offering benefits that match the clients’ needs and all their moments of life.
A beyond banking solution, the mechanics apply data science to understand the customer journey and transform this knowledge into a program that recognizes engagement in a simple and intuitive way, while rewarding it with exclusive benefits according to personal interests.
As the user access Personnalité products and services, they can advance through 5 levels, based on the business and transactions they already have with the bank and which evolve as new contracts are signed, such as investments volume, card use, real estate credit, salary portability, registered pix key. The client can follow their progress daily, in the application and with their Relationship Manager.
The benefit packages include discounts on financial products, such as the purchase of international currency, exemption from tariffs, discounts at stores, as well as free services, such as movies, residential assistance by Porto Seguro, parking near airports, The One card with no annuity, among others. Access to the program is simple and free with adhesion through the Itaú Personnalité application or through the manager, and is already available to all clients. “The data was used to help us reach the benefits that best match our clients’ lifestyles and thus provide a unique experience to each client,” says Flávio Iglesias, Director of Individual Products at Itaú Unibanco.
